She was predeceased by: her parents, Trommer Young and Ethel Young; her former husband Nathan Thompson; her husband Thomas Parks; and her children, Donald Jeffery Thompson and Loretta Caryl Welch.
She is survived by: her grandchildren, Teai Day (Rick), Camie Johnson (Lance) and Eddie Thompson (Bridget). She is also survived by numerous other grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great great-grandchildren and great-great-great grandchildren.
