He was predeceased by: his parents, William Herbert Martin and Mildred Neva Martin (Locke). He is survived by: his wife Barbara Jean Martin (Gipson); his daughters, Deborah Martin, Heather Martin, Erin Richardson (Billy) and Melody Martin (Sissy); and his sister Betty Poe. He is also survived by five grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren.
