He is survived by: his wife Darla Hoelscher; his children, Crystal Williams of Ballinger, T. J. Williams of Hickory, NC and Julia Williams of Olfen, Texas.; and his grandchildren, Lacey Jane Williams, Tristen Williams, Joey Williams and Sawyer Williams.
