He was predeceased by: his father Clarence Cornelius Milligan Jr. Cedric; and his grandparents, Clarence Sr., Hattie Mae Jones, Lonnie and Barbara Jean Steptoe.
He is survived by: his mother LaRue Steptoe-Milligan; his former wife Marianne Mata-Milligan; his children, Porsche Milligan, Takira, DeSean White, Javaris Jones (Aurora), Kya Johnson (BD), Dadrian Milligan and Ariyanna Milligan; his brother Derell Milligan Sr. (Cindy); and his nephews, Jaquori Milligan Sr. and Derell Milligan Jr.. He is also survived by cousins, relatives, and friends.
