He was predeceased by: his parents, Solomon Handley and Lillie Handley; his wife Meredith Ann Handley; his stepdaughter Becky Eubanks; and his siblings, Leon Handley, Randall Handley, Ben Handley, Laverne Lunn and Eileen Nixon.
He is survived by: his children, Mark Handley (Mary) of Alvarado, TX, Kelly Handley (Rebecca) of Amarillo, TX and Laurie Crouch (Randy) of Magnolia, TX; and his stepchildren, Brian Branum (Carolyn) of Amarillo, TX and Jan Carroll (Bill) of Amarillo, TX. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 27 great grandchildren; 6 great-great grandchildren.
