Bonnie Miller Altman Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bonnie Miller Altman (Amarillo, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 18, 2025 at the age of 71. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Warren Miller and Nadine Miller (Rhoton); her husband Danny Altman; and her father-in-law Ben Altman (Gloria). She is survived by: her daughters, Allison Altman (Willie) and Brandy Ellison (Cory); her stepson Coleman Altman (Shelly); her grandchildren, Ashton Ellison, Kaden Ellison (Macayla), Adrian Lemons (Dawson), Elijah Adams, Emery Adams, Hailey Torres (Matthew), Tate Altman and Bennett Altman; her sister Debra Allen (Clay); her brothers-in-law, Bobby Altman (Chris), Lee Friedman (Marilyn), Bobby Friedman (Nancy) and Fritz Blanke; her pet Freckles; and her friend Brenda Taylor. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, many cousins.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 24th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109). A memorial service was held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Hillside Christian Church - West Campus (6100 S Soncy Rd, Amarillo, TX 79119).
The family requests any memorials be sent to American Cancer Society or a local pet rescue.
