Bessie Pauline Glenn Obituary
With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Bessie Pauline Glenn (Amarillo, Texas), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on February 22, 2025 at the age of 86. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lloyd McCoy and Amelita McCoy (Walton); her husband James Glenn; her children-in-law, Tommy Leake and Janet McEntyre; her siblings, Stella, Lee McCoy and Harvey McCoy; and her stepchildren, Mason Glenn and Elaine Alford.
She is survived by: her children, Linda Leake, Terry McEntyre and Michael McEntyre (Lisa); her sister Shirley Anderson (Dale); her cousins, Shela Davis and Lillie Shipman; her grandchildren, Abby Clark (Kory), Ryan Leake (Kelly), Travis Leake (Ashley), Carrie McEntyre, Lisa Hall (Dusty), David McEntyre (Heather), Emily Betzing (Ryan) and Hanna Rose (Mitchell); and her caregivers, Bridget, Melissa, Gemma, Tonia, Stephanie, Deziree, Genesis, Angelina, Akaisha, April and Bessie. She is also survived by 18 great-grandchildren; and 1 great-great grandchild.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 6:30 PM at the Amarillo - Boxwell Brothers Funeral Directors (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109). A funeral service will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Boxwell Brothers Ivy Chapel (2800 Paramount Blvd, Amarillo, TX 79109).
