She was predeceased by: her parents, Clairce Taylor and Osar Burns of Amarillo, Texas.. She is survived by: her daughters, Rosetta Burns Jeffries of Amarillo and Lisa Murkledove of Fort Worth, Texas; and her siblings, Johnny Burns, Virgil Burns and Diana Green Jackson of Amarillo, Texas.
Viewing was held on Thursday, November 14th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Golden Gate Mortuary (1416 N Hughes St, Amarillo, TX 79107). A funeral service was held on Friday, November 15th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the New Covenant Missionary Baptist Church (3100 Angelus Dr, Amarillo, TX 79107).
