He is survived by: his children, Bill (Telvy Carter) of Crestline, California, Mark (Tonya Carter) of Springtown, Texas and Tami (Bryan Finley) of Alvord, Texas; his sister Linda Johnson of Fort Worth, Texas; his grandchildren, Justin Carter of Crestline, California, Kevin (Hillary Carter) of Germany, Riley Finley of Alvord, Texas, Steven Adams of Springtown, Texas, Mark Carter of Springtown, Texas, Sierra Carter of Springtown, Texas, Yussef Tafich of California, Yvlet (Jose Fernandez) of California and Shahad (Moi Bacio) of California; his great grandchildren, Rigby, Cali, Anothony, Rhaelet, Luka and Kalila; and his great great grandchild Anthony. He is also survived by his loving family and many friends.
