He is survived by: his father John Willis Sr. (Mary) of Amarillo; his wife Susan Jones of Alvord; his sons, Jason Spurlock of Orchard Park, NY and Jacob Fry of Amarillo; his siblings, Tom Fry (Catherine) of Bowie, Rod Fry of Kerrville, TX and Debbie Ozzie (Kenny) of Aledo, TX; and his grandchildren, Kaitlyn and Alex Spurlock.
