He was predeceased by: his parents, Mose Middleton and Fanny Pauline Cowley (Allen); his son LeeRoy Cowley; and his siblings, Thomas 'Doc', Jim Cowley, Curtis Cowley, Elsie Milton, Barbara 'Jackie' Mountz, Lucy Wines and Della Mae Dye.
He is survived by: his wives, Jeanne Makings and Jeanne Cowley of Alvord; and his son Donnie Cowley of Bridgeport. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews, and great- and great-great nieces.
