She was predeceased by: her husband Jerald Chaffin; her parents, Frank Rychlik and Sophie Rychlik; and her siblings, Florence LeCompte and Leonard Rychlik.
She is survived by: her sons, Michael Chaffin (Pam) and Tim Chaffin (Deana); her sister Pat Shaw; her goddaughter Janet Pitts; her grandchildren, Lauren Chaffin, Bryan Chaffin (Laura), Melissa Ward (Trent), Kristen New (Justin) and Amy Burroughs (Joe); and her great grandchildren, Callie Jo Ward, Rylee Muhl, Elijah Chaffin, Alyssa Muhl, Wyatt Ward, Elizabeth New, David Chaffin, Ruby Ward, Scotty Burroughs, Jonah Chaffin and Luke New. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, extended family and friends.
