She was predeceased by: her parents, Maria Ortiz and Leonel Ortiz; and her sister Patrica Ortiz. She is survived by: her son Jeremy Ortiz (Veronica); her siblings, Irma Mavus (Brian), Maria Ortegon, Lionel Ortiz, III, Mark Ortiz and Eric Ortiz; and her grandchildren, Isabelle, Liliana, Patricia and Jeremy, Jr.. She is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
