He was predeceased by: his parents, Mercedes Perez and Michael Perez Sr.; and his brothers, Fredrick "Freddie" Perez and David "Gene" Perez. He is survived by: his wife MaryAlice Perez (Arebalo); his children, Michael A. Perez, Julia Haskins, Dhalia "Dedi" Wood (Gary) of Little Elm, TX and Steve Perez; and his grandchildren, Timothy M. Condon II of Little Elm, TX, Pablo A. Castro, Jonathan S. Condon (Kayla) of Anna, TX, Michael Castro, Tyler Perez, Travis Perez, Christian Perez and Jessen Perez. He is also survived by Grandpa to his grandsons and his 2 great granddaughters, his family and friends.
