She was predeceased by: her husband John Daniel Isom (Jack); the father of her children Richard Louis Middleton; her parents, Genevieve A. Gentry (Amey) of Women's Ambulance and Bruce Harold Gentry; and her in-laws, Cathryn, John Isom, Sr. and Velvet.
She is survived by: her stepchildren, Dorothy, Nancy, John, Kathy and Carol Ann; her friend Holland; her sons, Bryan Louis and Troy Matthew Middleton; her sister Rae Amey; and her friends, Cathy Rose and Ingrid Frey. She is also survived by step children, grandchildren and great grandchildren.
