He is survived by: his wife April Kowalowski; his children, Frank Raasch, Nicholas Kowalowski and Jazmine Taylor (Tay Taylor); his sisters, Tasha Kowalowski and Tonya Spanfellner; and his grandson Juellian Raasch. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
