He is survived by: his wife Karen Pugh; his children, Jeffrey Pugh, Rhonda Stokes (Gary), John Dale Pugh (Michelle) and Rachel Loren; his siblings, Betty Jean Janes (Larry), Peggy Stringer and Ronnie Pugh (Lisa); his sister-in-law Jaime Pugh; his grandchildren, Johnna (Destinee), Dakota, Gavin, Navada, Karen Loren Edie (Blake), Hazel, John Gabel and Elizabeth; and his great grandchildren, Brayden and Charlotte. He is also survived by numerous extended family and friends.
