He was predeceased by: his parents, John Lenard and Donnie Casady. He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Ann Schriver; his sons, Len (Jennifer) and Michael (Elizabeth); and his grandchildren, Michelle Casady (Matt Wilson), Joshua Casady, Ashley Casady, Michaela Casady and Ethan Casady.
