He is survived by: his wife Nadine Fontenot (Boggs); his brothers, Henry and Donald; his sons, Chad (Debbi) and Todd (Sheila); his grandchildren, Cory, Amanda Fontenot, Lauren (Mark Wottlin), Cameron Pool, Dylan Calicott and Seth Fontenot; his great grandchildren, Charlotte and Travis Fontenot; and his grandchildren, Emberly Wottlin and Cooper Pool.
