He is survived by: his wife Ada Perry; his stepchildren, Stephanie Perry (Scott Baker), Marlisa Kypuros, Carolina Rojas (Alejandro) and Regina Gutierrez; his sons, John Perry (Melanie) and Jay Perry (Melissa); his sister Renee Logston (Richard); his grandchildren, Josh, Jared, Amanda, Kaden, Fabian, Nicole, Victoria, John, Jake and Sabrina; and his great grandchildren, Cecilia Jeanette and Addilyn Reese. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
