He is survived by: his wife Maria Gutierrez; his parents, Diego Gutierrez and Lupe Gutierrez Sr.; his children, Brandy Gutierrez, Genevieve Gutierrez, Cheyenne Gutierrez, Veronica Lara, Dominic Gutierrez Jr., Nathan Gutierrez, Justin Gutierrez, Daniel Gutierrez, Dylan Gutierrez, Alex Hernandez and Alfredo Lara; his siblings, Melinda Limones, Dorrie Ramirez, Diego Gutierrez Jr., Anthony Gutierrez and Gabriel Gutierrez; and his grandchildren, Madison Elizabeth Gutierrez, Makayla Faith Gutierrez, Mariah Annette Gutierrez, Alyssa Makenzie Gutierrez, Janessa Leigh Gutierrez, Aubriana Grace Gutierrez, Justin Lee Gutierrez II, Broncs Wyatt Gutierrez, Ace Jessiah Gutierrez, Charlie Wade Gutierrez, Faith Elizabeth Gutierrez, Jaiden Mary Vitales, Jeremy Xavier Vitales, Antoine Touch, Devin Touch, Gia Malana Touch, Alton James Touch and Roseanna Mae Gutierrez.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 20th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (1421 Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 21st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. John's Catholic Church (110 E South St, Alvin, TX 77511).
He helped those in need his entire life; whether it be donating to different organizations, offering shelter to those less fortunate or bringing people home for the holidays, who had no family, there was not a selfish bone in his body.
