He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Bacak and Ruth Bacak; and his siblings, Clifford, Garry Bacak and Faye Eileen Bacak.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Bacak; his sisters, Paula Whitaker and Nelda Hataway; his sister-in-law Gloria Bacak; and his nephews, Jack, James Hataway and Brad Bacak. He is also survived by his great-nieces and nephews and numerous family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, January 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Oak Park Chapel (300 Oak Park Dr, Alvin, TX 77511). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, January 29th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
