He was predeceased by: his wife Olga; his son Lincoln Alonzo; his parents, Jose Alonzo and Mercedes Alonzo; his siblings, Dominga Sosa, Emma Alonzo, Cayatano, Joe Alonzo, Genaro Alonzo and Refugio Alonzo of Alonzo's Concrete; and his grandchildren, Yvonne Rivera, Ariel Haddix, Juliana Cruz, Gabriel Melchor, Patrick Haddix, Jr., Sebastian Cruz and Charlie Alonzo.
He is survived by: his children, Martha Jo Melchor (Daniel), Patricia Scott (Robert), Yolanda Alonzo Rivera, Dolores Martinez (Ruben), Angelina Hernandez (Simon), Orlando Alonzo (Rose) and Abraham Alonzo (Sandra). He is also survived by 25 grandchildren, 71 great-grandchildren, and 18 great-great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. Viewing was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Scott Funeral Home (1421 E Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511).
