He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Pannell and Jamie Pannell; his wife Lucy Pannell; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his children, Karyn Pannell (Gary Ingram) of Sugar Land, Sara Pannell (Marcel Pannell) of Alvin and Steven Pannell of Galveston; his grandchildren, Bryce Pannell of Bloomfield, Grace Pannell of Alvin, Alex Pannell of Alvin and David Pannell of Alvin; and his brother Johnny (Marilyn) of Allen.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 22nd 2024 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Scott Funeral Home (1421 Hwy 6, Alvin, TX 77511). A funeral service will be held on Monday, December 23rd 2024 at 10:00 AM at the First Presbyterian Church (302 S Johnson St, Alvin, TX 77511).
