He was predeceased by: his parents, Johnnie Pannell and Jamie Pannell; his wife Lucy Pannell; and his brother Frank. He is survived by: his children, Karyn Pannell (Gary Ingram) of Sugar Land, Sara Pannell (Marcel Pannell) of Alvin and Steven Pannell of Galveston; his grandchildren, Bryce Pannell of Bloomfield, Grace Pannell of Alvin, Alex Pannell of Alvin and David Pannell of Alvin; and his brother Johnny (Marilyn) of Allen.
