She was predeceased by: her parents, James Cochran and Bessie "Roark" Cochran; her grandparents, William, Eugenia Cochran, Louie and Lavinda Roark; her husband Lee Jr. Costellow; her children, Ernestine and Richard Costellow; and her siblings, Louise Smith, Doris Jones, Audrey Veillon, Bill Cochran, Robert Cochran and J. C. Cochran.
She is survived by: her brother Edward Cochran; her daughters, Judy Davison and Wanda Curlin (Gary); her grandchildren, Patrick Davison (Erica), Patricia Cornwell (John), Travis Davison, Amri, Justin Davison (Amy), Kay Howe (Brandon), Carrie Gonzalez (Lalo) and Melissa Curlin; her great grandchildren, Dominick, Mason Davison, Lila, Davis Cornwell, Taven Satsky, Avri Satsky-Davison, Saylor, Tegan Davison, Sarah, Cody, Andrew Howe, Gabriela and Ezekiel Gonzalez; and her great great grandchild Noah Satsky-Haltom.
