He was predeceased by: his wife Alice S. Arevalo; his sons, Andrew and George Arevalo; his parents, Doroteo Arevalo and Refugio Arevalo (Trujillo); and his siblings, Antonio T. Arebalo, Jesus T. Arevalo, Carlos T. Arevalo, Ana Arevalo Garcia and Elisa Arevalo Rimoldi.
He is survived by: his children, Nancy Crosby, Sally Velez (Rudy) and John Arevalo (Myra); his grandchildren, Anna, Andrew, Jon, David, D'Ana and Brian; his great grandchildren, Gabriella, Joshua, Abrianna, Ashton, Phoenix and Chaysen; and his great great grandchildren, Mya and Noa. He is also survived by numerous other relatives and friends.
