It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wedia Hill (Alvarado, Texas), who passed away on June 16, 2021, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Juanita Singleton (Tackett) and William Cyle Singleton; her husband Gary Hill; and her siblings, Alvin Singleton, Billy Singleton, Pauline Wells, Faye Teas and Peas.

She is survived by: her nephew Pastor Jimmy Jeter; her children, Chris Dwayne Russell, Timothy Ray Russell, Walter Floyd Brown (Gina) and Penelope Makar-Turner (Ronnie); and her siblings, Curtis Singleton (Betty), Donnie Singleton, Jack Singleton (Pat), Milton Singleton (Tammy), Ricky Singleton (Carla), Lois Kotara (Jerry), Peggy Riley and Reba Sharp. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, (20) great grandchildren.
