Teresa Gail Monk Obituary
With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Teresa Gail Monk of Alvarado, Texas, who passed away on February 8, 2025 at the age of 70. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Berta Rhodes and Billy Rhodes; her parents-in-law, Arvid and Fern Monk; and her brothers-in-law, Chris and Joe Paul Monk.
She is survived by: her husband Mike; her daughter Sondra Kay (Leonard Stewart); her granddaughter Camille Larson; her great grandchildren, Paytin and Paxtyn; her siblings, Sherry Reeves, Charolett (Robert Hobson) and Richard Rhodes (Dee); and her nieces and nephews, Annette, Scooter, Jennifer, Jonathan, Jessica, Joshua, Dustin and Brandon. She is also survived by spouses, many great nieces and nephews, and a host of extended family.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Clayton Kay Vaughan Funeral Home (200 E Patton Ave, Alvarado, TX 76009). A graveside service will be held on Friday, February 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Glenwood Cemetery (415 N Pkwy Dr, Alvarado, TX 76009).
