He was predeceased by: his father Ronnie Keith Neal Sr.. He is survived by: his mother Gabriele; his wife Nellie; his children, Christina Busby (Josh), Steven Dofflemeyer (Jamie), Dorothy Rodriguez (Christian) and Anna Guiterrez (Oscar); his grandchildren, Landyn, Daniel, Cameron, Cayden, Brooklynn and Carter; his siblings, Patricia Bodine (John), Vondell Neal, Viktor and Mansbach; and his nieces and nephews, Ashlee Brown, Kary Bolling, Jarrod and Dustin Bolling. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and friends.
