She is survived by: her parents, Gordon Blythe and Kim Blythe; her husband Trevor Slater of Alvarado, Texas; her children, Jace Kalka-Slater of Alvarado, Nathen McCarty and Rhaelyn McCarty of Orange Grove, Texas; her brother Phillip Blythe (Sarah) of Spring, Texas; her nephew Blake Blythe of Spring Texas; her sister Dorothy Rodriguez (Christian) of Alvarado, Texas; her siblings-in-law, Jessica Silva of Pampa, Adam Slater of Pampa and Jimmy Slater (Christy) of Pampa; and her grandmother Bonnie Immell of Pampa. She is also survived by mother-in-law, Gloria Free and numerous aunts, uncles, nieces, and nephews.
