He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond Flinn and Eunice Flinn; his wife Norma; his children, Randy Flinn and Penny Tidwell; and his siblings, Twila Buttery and Edwin Flinn.
He is survived by: his son Choya L. Flinn (Judy); his son-in-law Darrell Tidwell; and his grandchildren, Michael Tidwell (Babbett), Curtis Tidwell (Heather), Choya J. Flinn (LeeAnn), Shannon Flinn (Al Evans), Monica Mitchell (Scott) and Jennifer Mitchell (David). He is also survived by 24 great grandchildren & great-great grandchildren.
