He was predeceased by: his wife Eva Rhoades; his son Marshall Riley; and his siblings, JD, Levie and Lela.

He is survived by: his brother Don Rhoades; and his children, Laurie (Omar Tabbakh), Jesse Rhoades and Ricky Riley. He is also survived by Numerous grandkids, great grandkids, and great great grandkids.
