He was predeceased by: his parents, James Richard King and Rowena Grace King. He is survived by: his sister Jimmie Lee Wilson of Springtown; his wife Sandra King; and his sons, Tim King of McKinney, Tom King of Fort Worth and Terry King of Grand Prairie. He is also survived by five grandchildren; and one great-grandson.
Memorials: The family requests instead of flowers, donations be made in his memory to the Fort Worth Police Benevolent Fund.
