He was predeceased by: his parents, Yvonne Wise and Max Wise; his brother Randy Wise; and his nephew Kiley Wise. He is survived by: his daughter Laura Lynne Chebuhar (Chip Chebuhar); his grandsons, Jason Staffen and Justin Staffen; his siblings, Gary Wise (Joy Wise) and Kay Vogel (Jodie Vogel); his nieces, Shannon Duncan, Lechelle Currin and Tonna Kennedi; and his nephew Christopher Wise.
