She is survived by: her daughters, Kelly (Robert Crawford), Kasey (Rachel McIntosh) and Celeste (Donald Lamb); and her grandchildren, Logan McIntosh, Rhys McIntosh, Trey Crawford, Riley McIntosh, Holden McIntosh and Xander McIntosh.
