He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Boyd and Ella Fay; his wife Jean Boyd; and his son Jamish Boyd. He is survived by: his son Roy David Boyd (Candice) of Joshua, TX; his stepchildren, Kenny Lovell (Beverly) of Fort Worth, TX and Lois Melvin of Alvarado, TX.; his siblings, Vanetta, Christie, Rusty, Mary Katherine, Carolyn, Johnny and Diane; and his stepmother Mary Ann Boyd. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great grandchildren.
