He was predeceased by: his parents, Lyman Boyd and Estelle B. Boyd (Dillehay). He is survived by: his wife Pauline F. "Polly" Boyd (Robertson); his son Joe Paul (Belinda Boyd) of Alvarado; his grandchildren, Christina and Dustin McGrath of Richardson; and his great grandchildren, Grace and Lane McGrath. He is also survived by one niece and two nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that donations be made to Cahill Methodist Church, a church family close to Billy's heart.
