He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Baze and Elsie Baze; his siblings, Martha Louise Hart of Alvarado, TX, Albert Wayne Baze of Alvarado, TX and Mary Davis of Cleburne, TX.; and his son Michael Shane Baze of Venus, TX.
He is survived by: his wife Brenda Gilespie of Burleson; his son Monte Chris Baze of North Dakota; and his adoptive daughter Mary Marchelle Taylor of Illinois.
