It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Wilma Wells of Alto, Texas, born in Cherokee, Texas, who passed away on November 17, 2020, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ike Tyler and Ada Jones Tyler; and her husband Willie Wells. She is survived by: her children, Leesha Hogg of Alto, Stephanie Tyler of Alto, Wilma Mumphrey (Ronterreal) of Alto, Gary Wells of Alto, Ivory Wells (Julie) of Alto and Clarence Wells of Houston; and her sisters, Louise Tyler of Jacksonville, Ginnie V. Tyler of Jacksonville and Jewel Miles of Alto. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.
