He is survived by: his children, Stephanie Skinner of Lufkin, Shirley Skinner (Terrance) of Lufkin, Texas, Willie Skinner (Jackie) of Lufkin, Lee Vesta Skinner (Donna) of Lufkin, DaMarcus Skinner (Angela) of Lufkin, Mark Skinner of Nacogdoches, Texas and Nineteen; his sisters, Viola Benton Wade (Morris) of Kennard, Roberta Richards of Kennard and Mary Smotherman (Jerry) of Kennard; and his grandchildren, Ka Lesha Powers, Jessie Waters, Leroy, Austin and DaMarcus, Jr.. He is also survived by his family and friends.
