She was predeceased by: her parents, Jessie Roy Palmer and Willie Legg Palmer; her husband Jewel H. Lindsey; her son James Roy Lindsey; and her siblings, Billy Rush Palmer, Roy Lee Palmer, Norman Palmer, Carroll Palmer, Betty Jo Hammond, Opal Lindsey and Lavonne Palmer.
She is survived by: her son Jewel Dean; her daughter-in-law Tammy Lindsey of Palestine; her brother Harold Palmer of Whitehouse; her grandchildren, Michael Lindsey (Sherry) and Michelle Lindsey; and her great grandchildren, Cory Hogan, Keyslen Roberts, Victoria High and Vidareous High. She is also survived by 7 great great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 20th 2024 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the O. T. Allen & Son Funeral Home (649 San Antonio Rd, Alto, TX 75925). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 21st 2024 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
