She was predeceased by: her father Paul Taylor; her granddaughter Kirsten Swindle; and her grandmother Essie B. Thacker. She is survived by: her mother Annie Pope Taylor of Nacogdoches; her husband Chad Pope of Alto; her daughter Shakosha Thacker of Alto; and her siblings, Lacartis Pope (Heather) of Nacogdoches, Anthony Taylor (Sandra) of Timpson, Myra Sanders of Dallas and Regina Polk of Nacogdoches.
