He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Felton Mumphrey Sr., Zeffie D. Mumphrey, Tressie Brooks and Pooch Washington; his uncle Felton Jr. Mumphrey; and his nephew Devonte Mumphrey.

He is survived by: his parents, Johnny Skinner and Linda Mumphrey Skinner; his wife Wilma Mumphrey; his son Rashawn Mumphrey; his stepchildren, Steven Matthews, Qantasia Matthews, Ieshia Wells and Dasia Matthews; and his siblings, Tiffinie Mumphrey (Leroy) and Javonettie Mumphrey (Shameka).
