It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlene Mitchell (Alto, Texas), born in Rusk, Texas, who passed away on December 19, 2018, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her son Terrence Mitchell; her granddaughter Taniya; and her sister Shirley Hicks. She is survived by: her parents, Lonzo Hicks and Laura Mae Johnson Hicks.
