He was predeceased by: his parents, Kermit Mack and Ella Sibley Mack; his son Larry Mack; and his siblings, Roger L., Sidney L., Fred L. Mack and Dora Lee Mack.
He is survived by: his wife Freddie Mack of Alto; his siblings, Claudia Bailey of Teneha and Ted Mack of Teneha; his stepsons, Mark Cannon (Tara) of Baytown, Randy Cannon (Christina) of Channelview and Vic Cannon (Denise) of Alto; and his grandchildren, Brittany Welch (Brad) and Casey Cannon. He is also survived by numerous other grandchildren and great grandchildren.
