Libby; her children, Ramiro, Jorge, Oscar, Patricia and Ashley; her brother Catarino Felan II; and her grandchildren, Kenzi, Max, Oscar, Aiden, Camryn, Colten, Gabrielle, Cedric and Quenton II. She is also survived by 2 great grandchildren.
