Williams of Alpine, Texas.; her children, Shatiel Brant (Adam) of Carson City, Shanee Obbink (Josiah) of Alpine and Vaughn Williams of Alpine, Texas.; her grandchildren, Amalee, Jaren, Levi, Aubreigh, Haizleigh, Ethan and Kaius; and her brothers, Jonathan Mitchell (Terry) of Big Spring and Mark Mitchell (Jenifer) of Midland, Texas..

Visitation was held on Friday, January 31st 2025 from 7:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Grace Christian Fellowship Church (801 E Brown Ave, Alpine, TX 79830). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, February 1st 2025 from 11:30 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.

“I don't know if Shirley knew how much she meant to me. She put lonely and sad me at ease with her smile and easy laugh. She was beautiful and generous with her time and attention. Shirley helped me update and beautifully decorate the home we were in. My daughter and I began to attend Grace Fellowship Church. It was a life saver - you could say a Godsend! She led me to a deeper faith and to the Love Dare which framed my life. I will love her always and hope to meet again. Annette Maestas”
