He is survived by: his wife Maria Flora Ybarra; his children, Miguel, Manuel Jr., Oscar Ybarra and Alma Ybarra Campo; his grandchildren, Angela Ybarra, Rebecca Ybarra, Kaitlin Gonzales and Maximillian Pagels Ybarra; and his great grandchildren, Colston and Adalee Gonzales.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:30 AM at the Our Lady of Peace Catholic Church (406 S 6th St, Alpine, TX 79830). A rosary was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location. A Mass was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial was held on Wednesday, February 12th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:45 AM at the Holy Angels Cemetery E Avenue (114 N 5th St, Alpine, TX 79830).
