He was predeceased by: his parents, James Branch and Cosette Maud Taylor. He is survived by: his sons, James Garfield Taylor and Spencer Alba Taylor; his siblings, Weldon Burns Taylor and Gwendolyn Taylor Gammill; his wife Barbara Cole Taylor; his daughter Cynthia King of Stuart, FL; his grandchild Ashley Richardson Mann (Bruce) of Stuart; and his sons, David Andrew Richardson of Los Angeles, CA. and Bryan Taylor (Andrea) of Montgomery, TX.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the CASI scholarship program, The American Diabetes Association or The Alzheimer's Association.
