She was predeceased by: her mother Isabel Hernandez; and her sister Elena Garza. She is survived by: her husband Simon Garza, Jr.; her son Joshua "Josh" Garza; her grandson Jackson Garza; and her siblings, Benjamin Bitonel and Margarita Garcia. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
